The client wanted a change of living environment from their modern apartment to a house where they can feel closer to the traditional Kerala aesthetics but still maintaining a modern nature. The spaces are sophisticated, easy to maintain and work around for the retired couples. The design approach of traditional and modernity towards each space is on different levels.
